Keto Recipe Digest # 1

Hello Ladies,
There are quite a few of us talking about keto lately and about keto recipes... So, I’ve decided i’ll do a little keto recipe digest each week with at least one sweet and one savory recipe as a minimum (more if I can find the time).
I’m sending these as a bcc to you all just because not all of you know each other and while I am sure you’d all like each other if you met (and some of you have), it's easier for me to both, maintain your privacy and spend time only sending a single email.
